Publication issues with KDP

Be advised that there are issues with the softcover print edition of In Flux. At this time, the softcover edition is (at least in the US Kindle store) not properly linked to the Kindle edition, and may not show up correctly in all stores. (The link for amazon.de for example does not resolve.)

However, this is STARTING to clear up. If you cannot find In Flux in softcover in your Amazon store yet, please be patient.
